The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining/sitting room with fireplace, and the first floor has a large twin bedroom-study (of 24 m²), a bathroom and an upper room with two beds and a folding bed. It has a large outdoor terrace, a cool, shady porchand a large gardened area that surrounds it, including the shared swimming pool.
